Refund & Return policy

Payment Terms:

  • All guests must settle their remaining balance before the start of the yacht charter. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the booking without refund.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 72 Hours Notice Requirement: Guests must provide a minimum of 72 hours’ notice before the scheduled yacht charter to cancel their booking.
  • Cancellations Made Within 72 Hours:
    • If the cancellation is made within 72 hours of the charter, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
  • Cancellations Made Less Than 72 Hours:
    • Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled charter will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
  • No-Shows:
    • If guests do not show up for the charter, a 100% charge will apply with no refunds issued.

Weather Conditions:

  • The captain reserves the right to cancel or modify the charter in case of adverse weather conditions for the safety of all onboard.
  • Weather Cancellation Options:
    • If the charter is canceled due to weather, clients may choose to reschedule the trip at their convenience, subject to availability, or receive a full refund of their deposit.

Technical Issues:

  • In the event of a cancellation due to technical reasons beyond our control, customers will receive a full refund of their deposit or may choose to reschedule their booking at no additional cost.

Modifications by Guests:

  • Any request to modify the booking (e.g., change of date, time, or yacht) must be made at least 72 hours before the charter. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Third-Party Arrangements:

  • For bookings made through third-party agencies or partners, their refund and cancellation policies may apply. We recommend guests review these policies in advance.

Special Circumstances:

  • In exceptional cases such as personal emergencies, Tripzzie may consider partial refunds or rescheduling. Proof of emergency may be required for such considerations.

Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method used during booking.
